Biography
I sing, play, write, record, edit, produce and mix everything myself.
Think Kate Bush meets Lily Allen! ;-)
Catchy hooks and melodies that get stuck in your head!
QUIRKY, DIFFERENT AND FUN!
Music has got too serious - let’s put some fun back into it with some empop ;-)

Since I was little I’ve been writing songs. While growing up my father played me Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Carole King, Donavon, Mamas and Papas, The Beatles etc. So my music is highly influenced by the sounds of the 60’s! I thank him for showing me these great singer / songwriters.
Mum and dad both play folk guitar and used to sing and play me to sleep with some of the great folk songs!
I played piano and saxophone at school and studied GCSE Music and A-Level Music. Then I went to Uni to study Music Technology.
I was the only girl on my Music Technology Degree!
After leaving Uni I worked at a couple of studios in London and now run my own recoding studio in Watford! www.thesoundcube.co.uk. We record kids mainly! It’s great fun! We make them a CD and DVD of their performance with a little dance routine too ;-)
Songs are still pouring out of me on a weekly basis and I always think it’s sad no one will ever hear them. Writing and recording music makes me happy. Always do it for you and nobody else. Enjoy life and be grateful for it’s beauty! ;-)
